About Our Mobile Shop

Mobile Ceramic Coatings began about 5 years ago with a bucket, a few towels and a worn out Shop Vac. In addition to serving the greater Melbourne area with the best ceramic coating and paint correction services that are available, first and foremost we love to get to know our customers. As we have grown and expanded over the years we have managed to put one thing ahead of all else: We start with the customer’s auto detailing needs and work backwards. While our Melbourne based business has largely transformed into a specialized ceramic coating and paint correction operation, we aren’t your usual auto detailers…

Believe it or not, before we grew into the ceramic coating and auto detailing business we are today, we wanted to see if we were missing ANYTHING. We spent 3 months calling and using other Melbourne based detailing companies to see if they offered something we didn’t.

From ceramic coatings to paint correction to simple interior detailing, we found the same things:

-Detailers who showed up late

-Mobile Detailers that didn’t show up at all

-Half hearted jobs where prices were unnecessarily raised

-And best of all… detailers who damaged vehicles without saying anything

We decided then that we would be a customer service business first, and an auto detailing business second. We love auto detailing, and we love Melbourne… We’ve learned that our reputation is the most important asset we have, everything else comes secondary.
